Kathleen Emerson

 

Kathleen Emerson is a fourth triple major double minor in the natural sciences. She graduated high school in Lafayette, California and in her previous years on campus has served as an officer for many clubs. She helped found several and remains president of Paws and Claws community service club extending volunteer opportunities to the students of the UC.

 

Kathleen intends on graduating in spring of 2015 and completing her final course in the fall of 2015. From there she intends to attend a veterinary school to continue to achieve her goals in life.

 

In this upcoming year Kathleen’s goals are to begin the push for a farmers market on campus that is accessible to all the UC community. Extend fair club funding and promote student involvement in the ASUCM organizations.

 

Kathleen’s core belief is that everybody at UC Merced deserves the chance to leave the campus better than when they came.​
