Hunter Drobenaire

Running for Senator, School of Engineering

 

My name is Hunter Drobenaire and I am running for the position of Senator for the School of Engineering. Over the course of this year, I was involved in ASUCM working as the Chief of Staff for the Internal Vice President, and became the General Manager of the ASUCM student service, Bobcat Radio. As Chief of Staff, I attended the weekly senate meetings and edited legislation as it was being discussed at the table by senate. By collaborating with current senators and executives, I understand how ASUCM operates and what would be expected of me as a senator. I plan on being a part of the Student Activities Committee and using Bobcat Radio to collaborate and co-host events that are put on by the Director of Student Activities and CAB. I will work with the engineering clubs and organizations on campus to help coordinate events and ensure that the engineering community on our campus is represented by communicating with engineering students and faculty.dx
